When they were done....they looked completely brand new!!! They smelled and looked so great, and it felt so good to sit on something we knew was clean. We were so impressed by their quality work the first time, that we called them to clean an area rug, and our couches once again. We knew our light colored rug was dirty...but we didn't know HOW dirty !! We could not believe how clean Victor got it....it is white once again! Him and his wife are an amazing team. They are so friendly, professional, and work hard in a timely manner. We will never call anyone but California Steam Team the next time we need our coucbes or area rugs cleaned. We will be calling them soon to clean our carpets, because we know the job will be quality, and have excellent results. My Master Bedroom carpet was a disaster - badly stained from my previous dog - and now it looks brand new. Victor brought those little booties!!!! His wife Nancy is his helper. I highly recommend. They came out and were trying to charge me NOT double but quadruple the advertised price (no exaggeration) needless to say I did not go with that company. Victor and his team (California Steam Team) were a referral from another company I have used for years that are no longer servicing carpets. I called Victor. He sounded confident and most importantly he was ready to work. Said he could be there in an hour and he was. He came ready to work and did an AMAZING job at a very affordable price.
