Do I need to move my furniture before the cleaning?
It is not necessary to move any furniture as we can clean around most items. We do offer light furniture moving such as small coffee tables and chairs, but nothing major. If you would like the areas under major furniture items cleaned you would need to move the items prior to our appointment.
How long does it take to clean?
This depends heavily on the number of areas being cleaned as well as the nature and severity of the dirt/stains. Typically it will be 1-2 hours maximum for a more routine carpet cleaning in 3 or 4 rooms, with additional services or areas adding to that time.
How long will it take to dry?
Our methods will usually leave your carpets dry within 2-6 hours. This depends on ventilation, temperature, and even the weather so it really just depends.
Are your cleaning methods child/pet safe?
Yes - all of our cleaning methods are 100% safe for pets and children.
How much does it cost?
The cost depends on the square footage of the areas to be cleaned as well as the state of your carpets/floors to be cleaned. We have very competitive pricing for the value we offer and would be happy to give you a free, accurate estimate if you reach out to us.
How often should I get my carpet cleaned?
Experts recommend getting your carpets professionally cleaned at least once a year, with 2-4 times a year being a better option if you have pets or the areas are exposed to frequent dirt, stains, and foot traffic.
